This Privacy Notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit ttcontainer.com.tr (the "Site") and use its forms. It has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") for international visitors and follows the same content as our Turkish KVKK information notice. [Language precedence: in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails — to be confirmed by legal counsel.]
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What personal data we process
We only process the data listed below.
Information you provide in the quote / contact form:
- Identity: name.
- Contact details: e-mail address, phone number, country.
- Request details: company or institution, institution type, unit of interest, quantity, timeline, procurement type, tender reference (optional), your message, preferred language and — once this feature is introduced — any optional file attachments.
Marketing communications (only if you opt in):
- Whether you have given consent to marketing e-mails, and the record of that consent.
Security data:
- A salted hash of your IP address. Your IP address is not stored in plain form with form submissions.
- The result of the Cloudflare Turnstile security check.
Please do not include sensitive ("special category") personal data, such as health information, in your message or attachments. We do not need it to handle a quote request.
3. How we collect your data
We collect personal data electronically and by automated means when you fill in and submit the form on the Site. Security data (IP hash, Turnstile result) is generated automatically when you submit the form.

Processing of quote and contact requests is not based on consent. Submitting the form does not mean you have given consent.
5. Marketing e-mails and consent
The form contains a separate, unticked checkbox for marketing e-mails. Ticking it is entirely optional; if you do not tick it, this has no effect on how we handle your request.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time, using the link in our e-mails or by writing to info@ttcontainer.com.tr.
- Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
- Where required by law, commercial electronic messages are sent in line with Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Message Management System (İYS).
6. Security, analytics and data stored in your browser
Spam protection: To prevent misuse of the form, we use Cloudflare Turnstile security verification, a hidden "honeypot" field that humans do not see, and rate limiting. For this purpose your IP address is stored only as a salted hash.
Analytics [planned — remove this paragraph if not used]: The Site uses a privacy-friendly analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that does not use cookies or cross-site tracking. It is not designed to identify individual visitors; we only see aggregated statistics.
Browser storage: The Site may save your language preference and a draft of the form you are filling in in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This information stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you submit the form.
Other: Fonts and scripts are served from the Site itself (we do not use Google Fonts). The Site does not use advertising cookies or social media pixels.

7. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only for the purposes above and in line with Articles 8 and 9 KVKK:

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
8. International transfers
The Site's hosting, CDN, form processing and storage are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare's servers may be located outside Türkiye, so your personal data may be transferred abroad.
Such transfers take place under Article 9 KVKK, as amended by Law No. 7499, and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for the Transfer of Personal Data Abroad. This means a transfer is based on an adequacy decision for the destination country or, where there is none, on one of the appropriate safeguards provided by law (for example, standard contractual clauses announced by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board, signed and notified to the Authority).

Where we need to keep data for longer to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, we keep it only for that purpose and only as long as necessary (Art. 5(2)(ç) and 5(2)(e) KVKK). At the end of the retention period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in line with the applicable Turkish regulation.
10. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data (Art. 12 KVKK). These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), storing IP addresses only as salted hashes, protection against spam and bot submissions, and restricting access to form data to authorised staff.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects, and we do not carry out profiling through the Site.
11. Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK, you have the right to:
- find out whether your personal data is processed,
- request information about the processing,
- find out the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK,
- request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to an outcome against you that results from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
You may also withdraw your marketing consent at any time (see Section 5). Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under your local data protection laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.
12. How to exercise your rights
Under Article 13 KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can send your request:

- by registered e-mail (KEP): to [KEP ADDRESS],
- by e-mail: from an e-mail address you have previously provided to us and that is registered in our systems, to info@ttcontainer.com.tr,
- by other methods set out in the Communiqué (e.g. an application signed with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature).
Your request must include your name and surname (and signature, if in writing); for Turkish citizens, your Turkish ID number; for foreign nationals, your nationality and passport number or, if available, ID number; your residential or business address for notifications; if available, your e-mail address, phone number; and the subject of your request. Please attach any relevant information and documents.
We will respond as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days, free of charge. If the action requires additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
If your request is rejected, you find our answer insufficient, or we do not respond in time, you may file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning of our response, and in any case within 60 days of your application (Art. 14 KVKK).
13. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice if the Site's technical design or the applicable law changes. The current version is always published on this page.
